Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

β—‹ Manage e-commerce operations on Amazon and RK World inventory models.

β—‹ Oversee end-to-end processes, including listing, cataloging, pricing, and inventory management.

β—‹ Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

2. Sales & Performance Analysis:

β—‹ Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI metrics for e-commerce platforms.

β—‹ Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

3. Campaign Management:

β—‹ Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns on Amazon (e.g., Sponsored Ads,

Lightning Deals).

β—‹ Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product visibility and customer engagement.

4. Vendor Relationship:

β—‹ Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce platform representatives.

β—‹ Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

5. Content Optimization:

β—‹ Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images,



and keywords to improve search rankings.

β—‹ Stay updated with platform-specific policies, trends, and best practices.

6. Problem-Solving:

β—‹ Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews to ensure a positive customer experience.

β—‹ Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them efficiently.

Required Skills and Competencies:

● Hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations for Amazon and RK World inventory models.

● Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.

● Robust analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

● Knowledge of inventory management, e-commerce KPIs, and online sales strategies.

● Excellent communication and coordination skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.

Education & Experience:

● Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related fields).

● 8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations within the FMCG, beauty, or personal care industry.
