Shop Concept & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of premium retail fixtures and customized showroom furniture. We work with corporate brands across India and deliver end-to-end fixture solutions—from design and manufacturing to installation.

We're looking for a Key Account Manager who can build long-term relationships with our premium corporate clients and ensure flawless project execution.

Your RoleYou will be the single point of contact for assigned corporate customers, managing relationships from enquiry to final payment while coordinating with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, Installation, and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship

- Manage key corporate accounts and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Handle daily communication with procurement teams, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct client meetings (online & offline).
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
- Generate repeat business and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Design for drawings and approvals.
- Follow up with Purchase and Production for timelines.
- Ensure dispatch and installation happen as committed.




- Track project milestones and proactively update clients.
- Maintain complete project documentation and approvals.

Commercial Coordination
- Follow up for quotations, approvals, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate milestone invoicing with Accounts.
- Track customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure variation orders are approved before execution.

Required Skills
- Excellent English & Hindi communication
- Corporate client handling experience
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Problem-solving mindset
- Professional email writing
- MS Excel & Google Workspace
- CRM knowledge (Zoho/ERP preferred)

Experience
- 4–8 years in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Interior/Furniture/Fit-Out Industry.
- Experience dealing with corporate procurement teams is highly preferred.
