Job Title: KAM- Fleet Operations & Influencer Mgnt

Department/Function

· Identify New Business Opportunities For Onboarding Current Customers for various Leap Offerings considering customer Pain points and need

· Managing overall Sales funnel (S0-S4): Generating Leads, Managing conversion, health & ageing of the sales pipeline

· Managing Key Accounts - Developing them For achieving target Service & Product Revenue along with sustained Profitability





· Developing Relationships with the Key Accounts ( Existing And New) to ensure business continuity

· Develop, Maintain and Manage the service level (Manpower & Equipment) of Leap offering by ensuring Governance

· Coach & Train the FTE for Service quality, adherence to Apollo Safety guidelines, soft skills

· Responsible for coordinating & successful on-ground implementation of service offerings in the assigned fleets

· Liaise with the multiple operational stakeholders (Field team/ Equipment provider/ Manpower provider etc..) to ensure execution as per the SOP & predefined timeline

· Enhance workflows to enable a customer-centric business approach to business.
