Role Description The Junior Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida within Mantle’s creative agency team. This role involves planning and executing daily social media activities across platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring performance.

Manager will support content strategy, coordinate with designers and copywriters, and ensure posts align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include community management, responding to comments and messages, tracking trends,



and suggesting new content ideas that resonate with target audiences. The role also includes preparing basic performance reports, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and collaborating with senior team members on campaigns and client presentations.

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand pages on major platforms.
- Ability to contribute to content strategy and plan thematic calendars that support campaign and brand goals.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Solid writing skills for captions, short-form content, and basic copy aligned with brand tone of voice.
- Understanding of social media analytics, basic reporting, and performance tracking tools.
- Familiarity with creative workflows in an agency environment and comfort working under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles is preferred.
- High attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced creative setup.
