Role Description The Junior Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for various functions within Tradepass. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks; screening resumes; conducting initial phone or virtual interviews; and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, and assisting with offer preparation and onboarding logistics.

Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring needs, contribute to improving recruitment processes, and help promote Tradepass’s employer brand.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records accurately.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, HR practices, and applicant tracking tools or recruitment management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling candidate and company information.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a collaborative and skilled approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior internship or up to 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination is an advantage, preferably in events, tech, or professional services sectors.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing hiring priorities, and contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
