Role Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Research Scientist Analytical Development with 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical development.

The candidate will support pharmaceutical product development through analytical method development, method validation, routine analytical testing, stability studies, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC/UPLC, Dissolution, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and FTIR is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for pharmaceutical drug products and raw materials.
- Perform analytical testing for OSDs, injectables, and other pharmaceutical dosage forms during product development and stability studies.
- Conduct method transfer, method verification, troubleshooting, and investigation activities.
- Perform assay, dissolution profiling, impurity/degradation analysis, and other analytical evaluations.
- Operate and handle analytical instruments including HPLC/UPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer, and Potentiometric Titrator.
- Execute stability testing and maintain accurate analytical records.




- Prepare and review analytical protocols, reports, SOPs, specifications, STPs, and technical documentation.
- Maintain laboratory documentation in accordance with GLP and data integrity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and applicable pharmaceutical guidelines.

Candidate Profile
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Analytical Development / Pharmaceutical R&D.;
- Good hands-on knowledge of HPLC/UPLC and dissolution testing.
- Understanding of analytical method development, validation, and stability studies.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical documentation practices, GLP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements.
- Positive analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Background Candidates currently working in Analytical Development, Formulation R&D; Analytical, Analytical R&D; (ADL/ARD), or Pharmaceutical R&D; laboratories will be preferred.
