Project Manager – EdTech / Publishing

About the Role
We are looking for Project Managers at Junior and Senior levels with experience in EdTech, Publishing, E-learning, digital learning, or educational content development.
The role will involve planning, coordinating, and monitoring learning-content and course-development projects while working closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
The Senior Project Manager will additionally be responsible for leading projects/teams, managing client relationships, driving project execution, and taking ownership of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities across internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, priorities, and overall project progress.
Coordinate with Content Writers, Editors, Instructional Designers, SMEs, Designers, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Communicate project requirements, briefs, feedback, changes, and priorities clearly to relevant teams.
Follow up on pending tasks and proactively identify delays, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Coordinate client reviews, feedback cycles, revisions, and final approvals.
Organize and participate in internal and client meetings and maintain MOMs and action trackers.
Maintain project trackers, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
Ensure deliverables are aligned with agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of project communications, decisions, approvals, and changes.
Escalate project issues appropriately and support timely resolution of bottlenecks.
Support project planning, resource coordination, and execution as required.
Additional Responsibilities – Senior Project Manager
Lead end-to-end project execution and take ownership of project delivery.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and manage ongoing stakeholder communication.
Plan project activities, resources, timelines, and priorities.
Monitor team performance, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status updates to management and clients.
Drive issue resolution and ensure timely escalation of critical project risks.
Mentor and guide Junior Project Managers/Project Coordinators and project team members.
Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, where required.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes, workflows, and delivery efficiency.
Required Experience Junior Project Manager
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination/project management.
- Experience in EdTech, educational publishing, academic publishing, e-learning, digital content, or learning-content development is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, internal teams, clients, and/or vendors.
- Understanding of content development, course development, or publishing workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams.
Senior Project Manager
- 5+ years* of experience in project management, preferably in EdTech, Publishing, E-learning, or digital content development.
- Proven experience leading projects and/or cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing clients, vendors, internal stakeholders, timelines, risks, and project deliverables.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project planning and execution.
- Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or complex deliverables is preferred.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members/project coordinators.

Candidates with experience in EdTech, educational publishing, academic publishing, e-learning, digital learning products, course developmet, or learning-content production will be preferred.
