- Job Opening: Junior Officer - Talent Acquisition (Off-Roll) role is a contract, on-site position based in Hosur.

Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.




- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Following up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Assisting in offer rollout and onboarding activities.
- Ensuring timely closure of assigned positions.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA or MSW
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
