We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Junior Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in interior design, spatial planning, and 3D visualization, along with a good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.

This role is suited for a designer who has the design skills and technical visualization ability to contribute independently, but is looking to develop their knowledge of working drawings, site execution, vendor coordination, and project implementation under the guidance of our team.

A strong portfolio demonstrating actual design work and 3D visualizations is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Concept Development: Assist in developing interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals based on client requirements.
- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Design Development: Develop furniture layouts, ceiling concepts, wall treatments, material combinations, lighting concepts, and interior details in accordance with the approved design direction.
- Material & Finishes Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor elements for projects.
- Working Drawings: Prepare and develop 2D working drawings and technical details with guidance from senior designers. This includes electrical, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and furniture details.
- Site Learning & Coordination: Visit project sites and work alongside the design and execution team to understand how design concepts, drawings, materials, and details are implemented on site.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Assist in communicating design requirements to vendors, carpenters, fabricators,



and site supervisors and gradually develop practical knowledge of site execution.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations, understand requirements, present design proposals and visualizations, and incorporate feedback under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in interior design, architectural visualization, or a related field.
- Design Skills: Strong understanding of interior design, spatial planning, proportions, composition, materials, furniture, lighting, and colour coordination is mandatory.
- 3D Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with 3ds Max and V-Ray is mandatory.
- AutoCAD: Good working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing and developing interior drawings.
- Software: Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray. Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, or other relevant software is an advantage.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of interior detailing, modular furniture, woodwork, materials, and construction methods is preferred. Detailed execution knowledge can be developed through on-site training with our team.
- Site Knowledge: Prior site execution experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must be willing to visit sites, learn practical execution, and understand how design translates into built spaces.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand instructions, discuss design ideas, and coordinate effectively with the team.




- Portfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory. The portfolio should demonstrate the candidate's own interior design work, 3D modelling, visualization, material selection, and design development. Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who already has a strong eye for design and the ability to produce high-quality 3D visualizations, but is at an early stage of their professional career.

You do not need to be an expert in site execution or project management. We are willing to train the right candidate in working drawings, site coordination, vendor communication, detailing, and execution.

However, solid design ability, 3D visualization skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in learning are essential.
