Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Noida at Mantle’s creative agency.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will support the design team in developing visual concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, and social media assets, following brand guidelines and project briefs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating logos, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives, preparing design files for print and digital use, and iterating on designs based on feedback from senior designers and account managers.



The role also involves collaborating with copywriters and strategists, maintaining consistency across visual identities, and staying updated on design trends and best practices relevant to agency work.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in graphics and graphic design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling layouts.
- Proficiency in logo design and branding, including creating and adapting visual identities for different platforms.
- Solid understanding of typography and its application in digital and print designs.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and experience with commercial or academic design projects.
- Ability to take direction, respond constructively to feedback, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers, strategists, and client-facing teams.
- Relevant education in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; agency or internship experience is an advantage.
