Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Manage site operations including labor allocation, material procurement, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during construction activities.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (high rise building/residential).
- Solid understanding of RCC finishing works on high-rise buildings.
- Proficiency in site engineering, execution, management & monitoring for residential projects.
