Junior Engineer – Manufacturing Quality

About the RoleKranti Group is looking for a skilled and quality-focused Junior Engineer – Manufacturing Quality to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing quality, inspection processes, quality documentation and effective resolution of production and customer quality concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-process inspections of machined components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.




- Prepare PDIR, approve setups and carry out first-piece inspections.
- Address customer complaints through structured 8D and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintain documentation related to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and PPAP and support quality audits.
- Manage customer quality interactions and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate with production teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate ERP updates related to quality processes.
- Work effectively with QC tools, gauges, control plans and PPAP documentation.

- Candidate ProfileCandidates should hold a DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering with 2–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality. Strong knowledge of machined components, inspection methods, quality systems and problem-solving techniques is preferred.
