We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Junior Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. You will work across digital products, marketing assets, presentations, and customer-facing experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean, modern design and be comfortable translating ideas, requirements, and rough concepts into polished visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design clean and intuitive web and mobile application interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Work primarily with Figma for product and UI/UX design.
- Create marketing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, WhatsApp, email, and websites.
- Design professional presentations, pitch decks, proposals, infographics, and diagrams.
- Work with product and engineering teams to convert requirements into practical designs.
- Maintain consistency across typography, colors, components, spacing, and overall visual language.
- Create and maintain reusable design components and design systems.
- Prepare developer-ready designs and provide proper assets/specifications for implementation.
- Review implemented screens and work with developers to ensure design accuracy.
- Use AI-assisted design tools where appropriate to speed up ideation and production.
- Handle multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of professional design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive design, layouts, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.




- Ability to create polished web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience creating social media and marketing creatives.
- Good presentation and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
- Understanding of developer handoff and basic frontend concepts.
- Ability to understand a requirement and independently convert it into a design.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.

Good to Have

- Experience designing SaaS, CRM, fintech, AI, analytics, or enterprise applications.
- Experience creating dashboards and data-heavy interfaces.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for image generation, design ideation, and content creation.
- Experience creating illustrations, icons, or brand assets.
