Key Responsibilities

- Website & Landing Page Copy: Write clear, on-brand website pages, landing pages, and microcopy (CTAs, headers, forms) based on briefs and SEO inputs provided by the team.

- Creative & Campaign Copy: Write copy for social media posts, ad creatives, and marketing campaigns in line with the brand voice and campaign briefs.

- Revisions & Quality: Incorporate feedback from the Senior Content Writer/editorial review promptly, working to reduce revision rounds over time.

- Research & Fact-Checking: Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy and credibility of written content, citing sources where required.

- Content Calendar Adherence: Deliver assigned pieces on time against the content calendar, flagging blockers or brief gaps early.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the Design and Video teams as needed to align written content with visual assets and search requirements.

Core Competencies

- Writing Fundamentals: Solid command of English grammar, tone, and structure, with the ability to adapt voice across website, blog, and creative formats.

- Research Ability: Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics quickly and translating them into clear, accurate copy.

- Basic SEO Awareness:



Working understanding of how keywords and briefs translate into on-page copy (training provided; prior exposure a plus).

- Feedback Receptiveness: Open to editorial feedback and able to apply it consistently across future work.

- Time Management: Able to manage multiple assigned pieces against deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1+ years of professional writing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) with samples across at least two of: website copy, blogs, creative/ad copy.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated writing ability.

- Portfolio: A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range across formats and adaptability in tone/voice.

- Mindset: Eager to learn, coachable, and comfortable taking direction from senior writers while building toward more independent ownership.
