Junior Associate – SaaS Legal (US Market)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our legal team and support fast-growing US-based SaaS, AI and technology companies on their day-to-day commercial and corporate legal requirements.

This is a hands-on role suited to a lawyer who enjoys working with technology businesses, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, managing multiple client matters and working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for SaaS and technology companies.
- Work on MSAs, SaaS agreements, subscription agreements, order forms, NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, reseller agreements, partnership agreements and other commercial contracts.
- Review contracts for legal, commercial, regulatory and operational risks.
- Assist with data privacy and technology-related contractual provisions.
- Conduct legal research on US commercial and technology law issues.
- Prepare contract summaries, risk matrices and client-facing legal advice.
- Support senior lawyers in contract negotiations and client communications.
- Manage contract workflows and ensure matters are completed within agreed timelines.
- Assist with developing and maintaining contract templates, playbooks and standard clauses.
- Coordinate with clients, counterparties and internal stakeholders, including teams operating across different time zones.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and documentation.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified lawyer with 1–3 years of relevant experience.




- Strong interest in SaaS, technology, AI and commercial law.
- Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts is strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal drafting and contract interpretation skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to identify contractual risks and explain them clearly in practical, commercial language.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple matters simultaneously.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working with US-based clients and US business hours/time zones.
- A commercially minded approach rather than purely academic legal analysis.

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- SaaS agreements
- Technology and software licensing
- Data Processing Agreements / privacy provisions
- AI-related contracts
- Cloud services agreements
- Vendor and procurement agreements
- Reseller / channel partner agreements
- US technology companies or startups
- Contract lifecycle management systems
