Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Architectural Draftsman to prepare architectural drawings and technical layouts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate should have strong drafting knowledge and proficiency in architectural software.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and layouts

Develop working drawings, submission drawings, and construction details

Revise drawings as per project requirements and design changes

Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP teams

Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications

Maintain project documentation and drawing records

Prepare presentation drawings and basic 3D views when required





Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory

Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software preferred

Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings

Strong drafting accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to manage timelines and coordinate effectively

Preferred Skills

Exposure to industrial building layouts and planning

Understanding of construction materials and practices

Positive communication and coordination skills
