Role & responsibilities

1. Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp.
- Create high-quality architectural visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion and Enscape.
- Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely completion of drawings and presentations.
- Support senior architects in design development and project execution.

2. Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and development from concept to execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and feedback.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
- Ensure projects meet design, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure smooth project execution.

- AutoCAD,SketchUp,Lumion,Enscape,Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Client Handling,Project Management,Strong communication and presentation skills,Team coordination and leadership

Preferred Project Knowledge Candidates should have a good understanding or working experience in:

- Urban Planning
- Office / Corporate Designs
- Hospitality Designs
- Government Projects
- Architectural Design Development
- Project Coordination and Execution

Candidate Profile Experience 0 - 3 years of relevant experience, with robust software and architectural visualization skills.
