Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Jaipur.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and development of retail spaces and related architectural projects, translating brand concepts into functional, engaging environments. Daily responsibilities include assisting with architectural design, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with project managers and vendors, and ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and local regulations. The role involves participating in site visits, collecting measurements, updating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as visual merchandising, operations, and store development.

The Junior

Architect is expected to contribute to design reviews,



support project planning, and help maintain timelines and quality standards for all assigned projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including spatial planning and retail-focused design sensibilities.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or workflow automation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
- Candidates should be proficient in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and comfortable with 2D/3D visualization tools.
- Candidates should have a relevant degree in Architecture or Architectural Design and knowledge of building codes and local regulations.
- Candidates should demonstrate robust attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Candidates with prior internship or junior-level experience in retail, commercial, or interior architecture will be preferred.
