Nyati Group is expanding its Contracts Team and is looking for talented Civil Engineering professionals who are passionate about Contracts, Procurement, Negotiation, Cost Optimization & Vendor Management.
? OPEN POSITIONS
- Junior Engineer – Contracts
? Experience: Up to 5 Years
- Senior Engineer – Contracts
? Experience: 8–10 Years
?️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contractor identification, evaluation & vendor development
BOQ floating, quotation collection & comparative statements
Rate analysis, negotiation & commercial finalization
Budget vs. actual contract value monitoring
Preparation & issuance of Work Orders and Contracts
Ensuring technical specifications, brands, scope, safety & T&C; are incorporated in WOs
Contractor documentation & ERP vendor registration
Coordination with Projects, Site, QA/QC, Stores & Accounts teams
Monitoring contractor schedules, manpower & material deployment
Site/vendor/factory visits and contractor performance evaluation
Contract billing coordination through closure
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and reporting irregularities
- Supporting management in contract-related assignments
? QUALIFICATION
✅ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
✅ Strong negotiation & analytical skills
✅ Excellent communication & networking abilities
✅ Good time-management skills
✅ Working knowledge of ERP systems
✅ Experience in Real Estate / Construction Contracts will be an advantage
