Role Description The Junior AI Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for AI and technology-focused positions, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through online platforms, and screening resumes for relevant skills and experience. The Junior AI Recruiter will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain accurate recruitment records and dashboards.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, using basic AI tools or recruitment software to streamline sourcing,



and contributing to employer branding efforts. The role also includes assisting with onboarding activities and continuously improving recruitment workflows to support the company’s growing digital and AI talent needs.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of AI, data, and technology roles, with the ability to understand role requirements and relevant skills.
- Experience or strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment.
- Comfort using online job platforms, social media, and basic recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records, tracking pipelines, and meeting timelines.
- Analytical mindset to review resumes, assess candidate fit, and use data or metrics to improve recruitment processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate within a team, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or IT services is a plus, as well as any experience using AI-based sourcing or screening tools.
