Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technology-driven Junior AI Content Creator & Video Editor to produce social media content, Reels, promotional videos and AI-assisted creative assets.

The candidate will work under senior guidance and must be comfortable following instructions, accepting feedback and meeting content deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Research social media trends, competitors and content formats
- Generate content ideas, captions, hooks and scripts using AI tools
- Create weekly and monthly social media content calendars
- Produce content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos and other short-form content
- Add subtitles, transitions, effects, music and basic motion graphics
- Resize and repurpose content for different platforms
- Use AI tools for images, voiceovers, scripts and editing support
- Create basic graphics and social media posts using Canva
- Coordinate with senior team members before publishing content
- Schedule and publish approved social media content
- Review and improve AI-generated output before use
- Maintain organised project files and content libraries
- Complete revisions accurately and within deadlines
- Monitor basic engagement and prepare performance summaries

Candidate Requirements




- Fresher or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience
- Practical video-editing ability and a creative portfolio
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
- Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI-content tools
- Ability to write effective prompts and humanise AI-generated content
- Good written English and content-research skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and senior instructions
- Openness to feedback, revisions and continuous learning
- Robust attention to detail and file-management discipline
- Willing to work from the office during the stated hours

- Videos meet agreed quality and brand standards
- AI accelerates production without reducing accuracy or originality
- Revisions are completed correctly and promptly
- Content is consistently adapted for relevant platforms

Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical assignment involving:
- Creating one AI-assisted content concept
- Writing a caption or short-form video script
- Editing a short Reel from provided footage
- Adding captions, music and basic motion graphics
- Explaining which AI tools were used and how the output was reviewed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
