Role: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in accounting operations. The candidate should have good English communication skills and hands-on experience with Tally Prime and basic accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accounting entries and records using Tally Prime
- Handle purchase entries and verify vendor bills
- Assist with GST-related accounting work
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with relevant teams
- Maintain and update records using MS Excel
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on pending documents and payments
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance activities

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Positive working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Basic knowledge of GST
- Good command of MS Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Candidates available to work from our Ramdaspeth, Nagpur office
