Orgipure Naturals is a fast-growing FMCG and e-commerce brand. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Accountant to handle our core financial books, platform reconciliations, and daily accounting operations. Candidates residing in or near Kandivali will be highly preferred.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Core Bookkeeping: Perform comprehensive daily accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and double-entry bookkeeping transactions.
- Tally Operations: Handle high-accuracy data entry, voucher posting, and account mapping within Tally software.
- Portal Reconciliation: Execute daily reconciliation of accounts for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Flipkart, to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balances, compile MIS reports, and generate standard accounting reports to support basic financial reporting.
- Tax and Compliance: Manage GST and TDS basics, ensure strict compliance with invoice and documentation requirements, and provide necessary support for statutory filings.
- Ledger Management: Maintain accurate tracking records for all purchase orders, sales registers, and company business expenses.
- Data Organization:



Utilize MS Excel efficiently for data analysis, numerical verification, and financial spreadsheets.
- Records and Administration: Maintain systematic physical and digital record-keeping, demonstrate strong time management, and handle backend financial operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders regarding financial data and updates.

Strict Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience strictly within accounting and finance fields.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on mastery of Tally and proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
- Education: B.Com, BAF, or an equivalent qualification in Finance and Commerce.
- Core Capabilities: Solid analytical skills, deep understanding of financial compliance, sharp attention to numerical detail, and excellent organizational habits.
