Role Description As a Junior Account Manager at Mantle’s creative agency in Noida, you will support the end-to-end management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within scope. In this full-time, on-site role, you will coordinate between clients and internal creative teams, gather and clarify requirements, and help translate business objectives into actionable creative tasks. You will monitor project timelines, prepare status reports, and assist in organizing meetings, reviews, and feedback cycles.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking deliverables, supporting campaign planning, maintaining documentation, and helping identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.



You will contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on high-quality creative work and measurable results.

Qualifications

- Strong client service and relationship management abilities, including clear communication, expectation setting, and responsiveness.
- Project coordination skills such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with creative, design, and production teams.
- Basic understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing concepts, with an interest in creative strategy and campaign execution.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project tracking tools) and comfort working with digital workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present information in a structured, professional manner.
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced agency workplace in Noida, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and composure.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or junior-level experience in an agency or marketing role is an advantage.
- Curiosity about creative work, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams and clients.
