Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Engineer – Powder Coating Production responsible for managing day-to-day powder coating and PT line operations, ensuring smooth shop-floor activities, maintaining process standards, supporting audits, and coordinating effectively with the production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor powder coating and PT line operations as per production requirements.
- Ensure smooth and efficient shop-floor activities and achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor the powder coating process parameters and ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Have a good understanding of production systems, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with operators and team members to ensure proper workflow and productivity.
- Identify production-related problems and support timely root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper production records, checklists, and process-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process standards.
- Support and confidently handle internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor manpower utilization, material availability, and line performance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and manage shop-floor responsibilities effectively.
Minimum Requirements
