Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QMS/Quality Engineer with knowledge of AS9100D and ISO 9001 to support and continuously improve our Quality Management System. The candidate should have experience in aerospace manufacturing, preferably in composite manufacturing, with strong skills in quality assurance, auditing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (AS9100D & ISO 9001).
- Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs and CAPAs.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, SOPs, Inspection Plans, and Process Validation Records.
- Investigate customer complaints, supplier issues,



and internal non-conformities using RCA tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).
- Support customer, supplier, and certification audits.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare quality reports and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives.
- Conduct quality awareness and QMS training across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and process efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001, Internal Auditing(must), CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Aerospace and composite manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
