We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, handling GST & TDS compliances, preparing reports, feeding daily production entries in Tally, and assisting senior accountants with monthly and yearly closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, journal entries, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Handle GST-related activities, including GST data preparation, reconciliation, input tax credit records, and assistance in filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
- Handle TDS-related activities, including TDS calculation, deduction, challan verification, reconciliation, and assistance in filing TDS returns.
- Maintain TDS certificates, GST records, challans, and other statutory documents.
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills and ensure accuracy of related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets,



income statements, expense records, payroll-related accounting, and other financial statements.
- Update and maintain accounting records in Tally.
- Feed and maintain daily production entries in Tally accurately and on a timely basis.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing, audits, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly accounting reports and provide necessary support to Senior Accountants.

Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 6 months of relevant accounting experience (Exp in CA Firm will be an added advantage).
- B.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Practical knowledge of E-Way Bills and basic financial reporting.
