We are looking for a Job Search Specialist – Leadership Hiring who can take ownership of the job search process for senior professionals and leadership-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end job searches for Senior Management, Leadership and C-suite candidates .
- Understand each candidate's career history, target roles, industries, companies, geography and compensation expectations.
- Develop and execute a personalized job search strategy for each client.
- Identify relevant leadership-level opportunities across LinkedIn, Naukri, company career pages, executive search firms and other sources.
- Conduct targeted research to identify companies, hiring managers, recruiters and decision-makers relevant to each candidate.
- Apply to suitable positions on behalf of clients while maintaining high accuracy and relevance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities beyond publicly advertised jobs.
- Conduct recruiter and hiring-manager outreach through LinkedIn and email.
- Identify potential referral opportunities and build relevant professional connections.
- Track applications, outreach, responses, interviews and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.




- Coordinate with the Interview Coaching, Resume/LinkedIn and Personal Branding teams to ensure the candidate's overall job search strategy is aligned.
- Monitor the market and identify emerging hiring trends, target companies and leadership opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on job search progress.
- Continuously optimize the job search strategy based on response rates, interview conversion and market feedback.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, job search management, sourcing or career services .
- Strong understanding of the Indian recruitment and hiring ecosystem .
- Experience sourcing candidates or opportunities using LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional platforms.
- Strong research and internet-search skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand senior-level profiles and identify relevant career opportunities.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail — especially when handling senior-level candidate profiles and applications.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and digital productivity tools.
- Proactive,



target-oriented and willing to take ownership rather than simply complete assigned tasks.

Good to Have
- Experience working with Senior Management / Director / VP / CXO-level profiles .
- Experience in executive search or leadership recruitment.
- Existing understanding of hiring practices across sectors such as BFSI, IT, Consulting, FinTech, EdTech, FMCG, eCommerce or other corporate sectors.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex or similar sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of AI tools and modern job-search/recruitment technologies.
