Role Description The Job Placement Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting learners in securing relevant job opportunities in the IT and technology sectors. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners and employers, understanding their talent needs, and aligning NS3Edu graduates with suitable roles. The specialist will guide learners through job search strategies, resume and profile optimization, interview preparation, and professional communication.

Daily tasks include coordinating placement drives, tracking placement outcomes, providing ongoing career counseling,



and maintaining accurate records of learner progress and employer feedback. The role also includes collaborating with trainers and academic staff to align training outcomes with current market requirements and improve the overall placement ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Job Search skills to source opportunities, match learner profiles with open roles, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, employers, and internal teams, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HR Policies to coordinate placements ethically, comply with organizational and legal guidelines, and support fair hiring practices.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple placement activities, maintain accurate records, and meet placement targets.
- Relevant experience in career services, recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement operations, preferably within the IT or education sector, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain a learner-centric approach to placement support.
