Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti (LJJ) is looking for a Job Skills Trainer to join our team.
? Location: Shastri Nagar, Delhi (On-site, Full-time)
What you'll do
Train and mentor young adults (18-25 yrs) in job readiness skills, run classes, mentor students, build placement partnerships with employers, and support them through interviews and job placement.
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
- Smart, proactive, and a robust communicator
- Working knowledge of MS Office, AI Tools, Canva
- Comfortable teaching and mentoring young adults
- Able to build and maintain employer relationships and partnerships
- Freshers with the right attitude welcome; 1+ years of experience preferred
