Role Description The Java Full Stack Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs covering core and advanced Java concepts, front-end technologies, back-end frameworks, and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom sessions, practical labs, and assessments, and providing mentorship and guidance to learners on projects and assignments. The trainer will regularly update course content to align with industry trends, collaborate with the team to improve training quality,



and provide feedback to help participants enhance their technical and professional skills.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Solapur, requiring consistent classroom engagement and interaction with learners and corporate clients.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core Java, object-oriented programming concepts, and related development tools.
- Hands-on experience with Java Full Stack development, including front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks) and back-end frameworks (such as Spring/Spring Boot).
- Practical knowledge of databases, SQL, and integration between application layers in full stack architectures.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring programs, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-focused and inclusive teaching approach.
- Ability to create structured training content, assignments, and real-world project scenarios that reflect current industry practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java or full stack development are an advantage.
- Prior industry experience as a Java or Full Stack Developer and familiarity with modern software development practices (version control, testing, deployment) is highly beneficial.
