Job SummaryWe are looking for an IT Systems & Network Hardware Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, CCTV, printers, and structured cabling.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and IP addressing.
- Install and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and remote surveillance access.
- Support printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Handle LAN cabling,



cable termination, network racks, patch panels, and structured cabling.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and email issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, warranties, AMC records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, procurement, and maintenance.
- Support IT infrastructure setup for current offices and multiple locations.
