About the Role

Kretoss Technology LLP is looking for an experienced IT Technical Project Manager with 4+ years of experience in managing software development projects, technical teams, clients, timelines, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of software development processes and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, developers, QA, UI/UX, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT/software development projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Understand project requirements, define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, UI/UX designers, business teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Convert business requirements into clear technical tasks and project plans.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, task assignments, timelines, and priorities.
- Track daily project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding requirements, progress, changes, issues, and delivery timelines.
- Manage scope changes, change requests, and project priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand architecture, development challenges, integrations, APIs, databases, deployments, and technical dependencies.
- Ensure proper coordination between development and QA teams for testing,



bug fixing, UAT, and final deployment.
- Monitor project quality and ensure development follows defined technical and business standards.
- Review project documentation, requirements, estimates, and deliverables.
- Maintain proper project documentation including BRD/FRD, SRS, project plans, meeting notes, status reports, and delivery documents.
- Ensure timely deployment and successful project handover to the client.
- Monitor post-production issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Support management in resource planning, project estimation, and team allocation.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes, productivity, and delivery efficiency.

Technical Knowledge Required
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Web Applications, Mobile Applications, APIs, Databases, and Cloud environments.
- Basic understanding of technologies such as .NET, PHP/Laravel, Node.js, React/Angular, Flutter/iOS/Android, Shopify, or similar development technologies.
- Understanding of REST APIs, third-party integrations, databases, Git, deployment, and CI/CD.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams.




- Basic understanding of AWS/Azure/Cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of QA processes, testing, bug tracking, UAT, and production releases.

Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Technical Project Management.
- Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
- Excellent project planning, task management, prioritization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify project risks and take proactive corrective actions.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
- Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Technical Project Manager, not only a task coordinator. The candidate must be comfortable communicating with clients as well as developers, understanding technical challenges, managing project priorities, and taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
