About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end IT/technical recruitment , excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities, and a good understanding of the Indian technology talent market.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing qualified technology professionals across multiple technical domains while working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, databases, and professional networks .
- Identify and engage with both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, compensation, and career expectations.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions .
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Handle salary discussions,



offer negotiation, counteroffers, notice-period discussions, and candidate closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular pipeline and hiring status reports.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and deliver candidates within agreed timelines.
- Conduct market mapping and research to identify talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
- Stay updated on technology hiring trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity in the Indian market.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of proven experience in Technical / IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end technology hiring .
- Excellent knowledge of the Indian IT talent market .
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri .
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement .
- Experience recruiting for niche and senior-level technology positions.
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple technical vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
- Experience working with an ATS or recruitment management system .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
