Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic ‘IT Systems and Applications Executive’ to oversee and drive the technological needs of the Foundation. This position offers a great opportunity to gain exposure across multiple functional areas, including Finance, Operations, Program Management, Donor Management, Volunteer Coordination etc., enabling a comprehensive understanding of how technology supports every aspect of the Foundation’s mission.

The IT Executive will play a key role in managing and maintaining the Zoho system that supports our programs while ensuring that the organization's IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly to back our operations. This role will help provide essential technical support and also identify solutions to make existing systems more inclusive for all staff, including those that are visually impaired.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- The Foundation uses Zoho Creator/CRM/Books/Expenses for maintaining its financial and beneficiary data. Currently the system is being revamped using an external consultant. Initial responsibility will be to work with the external consultant to understand the new system. Once the new system has been established, the core responsibility will be to support and act as help desk support for all internal users of the system.




- Monitor performance and ensure timely resolution of technical problems and system-related issues to help run the programs smoothly.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for staff to ensure effective application use.
- Ensure all applications, digital platforms and content meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for visually impaired users.
- Develop and execute data backup plans and test them periodically.

- Help develop and implement IT policies to protect sensitive data and ensure data security and compliance with organizational and statutory requirements (e.g. DPDPA).
- Help maintain and enhance the organization’s website and digital platforms.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant IT experience, with strong technical and systems architecture skills and experience in the complete life-cycle application / system development.

Additional Skills Needs:

- Excellent decision-making abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders - from field staff to trustees.
- Some experience leading IT projects with nonprofit or small-organization environments an advantage.
- Passion for social impact and community development
- Experience with Zoho suite of programs including CRM an advantage.

Salary Range:

Annual compensation of Rs. 3.5 to 5 Lakhs (based on the experience)
