1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

2. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

3. Assist with setup and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls.

4. Perform routine IT system maintenance, updates, and security checks.

5. Record and track support requests through the ticketing system.

6. Assist with IT equipment procurement and inventory management.

7. Collaborate with the IT team on projects and technical initiatives.

8. Travel to different Novel Office locations across Bangalore as required.

1. Freshers are preferred.

2. Associate or bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3. CompTIA A , Network , or similar certifications are preferred.

4. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT systems.

5. Willingness to travel to different locations across Bangalore.
