Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business conferences.

Required Skills • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.

- Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn,



Upwork, Freelancer, email marketing, and other platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and business development strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.).

- Knowledge of software development technologies and IT consulting services.
- Experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, and project estimations.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Educational

Qualification  Bachelor's Degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or a related file Relevant certifications in Sales, Business Development, CRM, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
