Position: IT Recruiter Intern

Location: Mangalore (Onsite – Only local candidates will be considered)

Duration: 2-3 Month

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team in Mangalore. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and engage top technology talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Support the recruitment team in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.




- Assist in employer branding activities to attract talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Interest in IT recruitment and technology roles.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and job portals is a plus.

Stipend:
