About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and launch of our AI-powered mobile travel application. The candidate will coordinate between business, product, UI/UX, developers, AI/ML, QA and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

- Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirements to launch.
- Prepare timelines, milestones, sprints and deliverables.
- Track progress, budgets, risks and deadlines.
- Ensure timely project delivery.

2. Product & Business Coordination

- Convert business requirements into product and development tasks.
- Manage and update the product roadmap.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations and Travel teams.
- Prioritise features based on business requirements.

3. AI & Technology

- Manage AI features such as travel itinerary creation, recommendations, AI chatbot and automated trip planning.
- Coordinate with AI/ML teams on requirements and KPIs.
- Understand Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, RAG and recommendation engines.

4. Mobile App Development

- Coordinate Android and iOS development.
- Work with UI/UX, frontend, backend and QA teams.
- Review designs, builds and application releases.
- Coordinate Play Store and App Store launches.

5. API & Third-Party Integrations

- Manage Flight, Hotel, Payment, Maps, WhatsApp, CRM and AI APIs.
- Coordinate API testing, documentation and error handling.

6. Team Management

- Manage Developers, AI/ML Engineers, UI/UX, QA, Product, DevOps and external vendors.




- Conduct project meetings and sprint reviews.
- Monitor team deliverables and resolve project issues.

7. Testing & Quality

- Coordinate functional, integration, performance, security and UAT testing.
- Ensure critical bugs are resolved before launch.
- Monitor application performance after release.

Required Skills
- 3–5+ years in Project/Product Management or Technology Projects.
- Experience managing mobile application projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Understanding of APIs, backend systems, databases and cloud technologies.
- Positive understanding of AI/Generative AI.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on Project Manager with strong ownership and execution skills, capable of converting business requirements into technical tasks, coordinating multiple teams, managing AI and mobile development, conducting UAT and ensuring successful product delivery. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
