IT Recruiter C2H Hiring | Remote | Female only

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in C2H hiring, Naukri sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Requirements
- 27 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H hiring.
- Strong experience using Naukri/Resdex.
- Good knowledge of IT skills and technical profiles.




- Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience: 27 Years CTC: 10,00020,000 per month, based on interview & experience

Location: Remote / Work From Home
