Position : IT Infrastructure Specialist ( Entry Level)

Job Summary:

Looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT Infrastructure team as an Entry-Level IT Infrastructure Specialist. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure components, ensuring high availability and performance of systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Support day-to-day IT operations including user support, hardware, and software installations.
- Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and technical issues to improve knowledge base.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the infrastructure and user experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows) and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Networking technologies (LAN , WAN) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Application Support Specialist with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will provide support for application issues, assist in system maintenance, and work closely with users to enhance their experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide application support for SAP S/4HANA users, addressing issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and facilitate solutions.
- Document and analyze application issues, contributing to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
- Participate in application testing, system upgrades, and user training sessions.
- Support end-users by providing guidance on best practices and system functionality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data management practices.

- Willingness to learn and grow in SAP technologies and applications.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with reporting tools and techniques in SAP (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud) is a plus.
- Knowledge of business processes related to finance, procurement, or supply chain management is advantageous.
