About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator who can manage and support our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routing, and network infrastructure.
- Resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, inventory, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for support and issue resolution.
- Monitor system health, security, performance, and endpoint security.
- Maintain IT documentation, reports, SOPs,



and compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS.
- Positive understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Switching, Routing, and LAN/WAN.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT Asset Management and Vendor Coordination.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Network & IT Administration, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Microsoft, CCNA, or CompTIA certifications will be an added advantage.
