Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, servers, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Windows environments, networking, security, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.

· Create and manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access policies.

· Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other network infrastructure.

· Configure and manage NTFS and shared folder permissions.

· Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and preventive maintenance.

· Manage backup systems and assist with data migration and disaster recovery activities.

· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

· Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.

· Implement and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, Fortinet firewall, and security policies.

· Manage G Suite , email, collaboration, and other cloud-based services.

· Maintain IT documentation, asset records, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.





· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.

· Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.

· Hands-on experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.

· Good understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.

· Experience with G Suite and Windows 10/11.

· Knowledge of file server management, NTFS permissions, and shared folder permissions.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of backup, recovery, and system monitoring solutions.

· Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· 12th , Priority - Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT,
