IT Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations. Location: Wakad, Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations.
- Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and Internet/ISP connectivity.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient network and system availability across the organization.
- Manage IT assets, hardware inventory, procurement, software licenses, renewals, and vendor coordination.
- Plan and manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of desktops, laptops, workstations, networking equipment, and related IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding, including system setup, access management, asset allocation, and recovery.
- Oversee and support IT helpdesk activities, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, Internet connectivity, maintenance, and other IT services.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, licenses, network configurations, systems, processes, and operational procedures.
- Support and maintain high-performance and GPU-based workstations, particularly for engineering, CAD/BIM, and 3D software environments.
- Guide and coordinate the activities of a small IT infrastructure/support team and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.




- Identify infrastructure improvements and recommend practical solutions to improve reliability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Network Administration, or System Administration.
- Solid practical experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, preferably for an organization with 50+ users.
- Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches, and ISP/Internet connectivity.
- Experience with desktop/workstation administration, operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and user support.
- Experience managing IT assets, inventory, hardware/software procurement, software licensing, renewals, and vendors.
- Experience handling employee onboarding/offboarding and IT helpdesk/support operations.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a small IT infrastructure or support team is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting CAD, BIM, 3D, engineering software, or high-performance/GPU workstations will be a significant advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure and operational issues and drive them to resolution.
