TITLE: IT & automation Executive

REPORTS TO: VP

We are seeking a qualified and proactive IT & automation Executive to support and manage the organizations day-to-day IT operations & automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and assisting in optimized implementation of various platforms, CRM and enterprise ERP systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, Wi-Fi networks, and firewall systems
- Assist in the configuration and management of CRM, Books, and People.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with backup and antivirus protocols.




- Contribute to the documentation of IT & automation procedures and support internal user training.

Attribute/Skill/Experience Weightage

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline - 20%
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration 30%
- Basic understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and system maintenance 20%
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms (experience with Odoo / Zoho will be preferred) 20%
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA A+ will be considered an advantage 10%
