Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IPQA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for in-process quality assurance activities, shop-floor compliance, documentation, and ensuring adherence to GMP, Schedule M, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical injectable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform IPQA activities on the manufacturing and packaging shop floor.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with approved BMR/BPR, SOPs and specifications.
- Perform line clearance before commencement of manufacturing and packing activities.
- Conduct in-process checks and monitor critical process parameters.
- Verify dispensing, manufacturing, filling, sealing, labeling and packing activities as applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation and GDP practices in manufacturing and packaging areas.
- Review and verify BMR/BPR and other batch-related documents.
- Monitor compliance with GMP, Schedule M and company quality systems.
- Identify and report deviations, incidents and non-conformances.
- Support investigation of deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPA and change controls.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved SOPs and quality procedures.
- Monitor environmental and personnel practices in controlled areas as required.
- Verify status labels, equipment cleanliness and area clearance.
- Coordinate with Production,



QC and QA for resolution of quality-related issues.
- Participate in self-inspection, internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of rejected, returned or non-conforming materials/products.
- Maintain IPQA records and prepare necessary reports.
- Perform any other QA/IPQA activities assigned by the department head.

Required Qualifications

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or relevant pharmaceutical qualification.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in IPQA, preferably in injectable/parenteral manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of GMP, Schedule M, GDP and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Experience in batch documentation and shop-floor QA activities.
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production and QC teams.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of BMR/BPR review and line clearance.
- Knowledge of Deviation, CAPA, Change Control and OOS/OOT.
- Good understanding of aseptic/injectable manufacturing practices.
- Solid observation and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
