ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced IoT Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Java 17+, IoT platforms, AWS and AWS IoT Core. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing scalable IoT solutions and cloud-based applications.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- Java 17+
- 10+ years overall experience
- 3+ years relevant IoT experience
- 3+ years hands-on AWS IoT Core
- Strong AWS Cloud expertise
- IoT platform development
- Java backend development
- REST APIs & Microservices
- Cloud-native application development
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain scalable IoT platforms
- Build backend services using Java 17+
- Develop and integrate AWS IoT Core solutions
- Design IoT device communication and data-processing workflows
- Build secure and reliable cloud-based applications
- Integrate IoT platforms with enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot production and platform issues
- Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams
- Support technical design and implementation
