- Develop a good understanding of real estate private equity funds operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications and the reporting source data.
- Review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Review Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries.
- Review audits confirm reports and handling auditor inquiries
- Review Management Fee calculations/ Investor memo.
- Review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.
- Review IRR and Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio calculation for Real Estate funds.
- Handling LP Mailbox and investor queries on daily basis
- Onboarding Investors to a fund or Investment platform and manage/update salesforce for onboarding
- Handing ad-hoc requests.
- Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.




- Responsible for suggesting and driving process improvements.
- Identify process gaps and automation requirements; serve as a critical driver of transformation
- Responsible for the training of new and current Investor Reporting Specialists.
- Responsible for cascading / providing training on new updates to all team members.

Address and ensure resolution on all process related queries of the team members.
- good knowledge in Finance and Reporting.
- Candidates experience of 6 to 8years must have 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, performance reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
- 0The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
- The profile involves effective communication across Clients facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must
- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
