About the Opportunity

Superhealth Hospitals is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.

This is a hands-on learning prospect for candidates who want to gain practical experience in hospital inventory management, MIS reporting, HMS operations, data analysis, reconciliation, and supply chain processes.

You will work closely with the SCM Lead and get direct exposure to real-world inventory operations across Bulk Pharmacy, OP Pharmacy, and IP Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering inventory status, stock movement, consumption, and variances.
- Extract, validate, and generate reports from the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Perform basic reconciliation between physical stock movements and system records.
- Follow up with internal teams regarding pending indents, stock transfers, and documentation.
- Track and document material issuance.
- Maintain organized trackers for initiatives such as Physical Verification and system corrections.
- Identify and flag discrepancies, unusual patterns, or data inconsistencies.
- Support ad-hoc MIS, data analysis, and documentation requirements for leadership reviews.
- Assist in maintaining process discipline, timely data entry, and system updates.

Skills We’re Looking For Strong Excel skills are important for this role.

- Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data cleaning
- Interest in working with ERP/HMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication skills for follow-ups and coordination




- Organized and process-oriented approach
- Comfortable handling repetitive data and reporting activities
- Ability to work independently after training
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Basic understanding of inventory, stock, consumption, variance, and transfers is an advantage

Who Can Apply? Candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently completed a:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Pharmacy
- Supply Chain / Operations
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- Or another relevant discipline

Healthcare or hospital operations exposure will be an added advantage.
