Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions and provide effective support to international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a professional approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries, concerns, and service requests and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems or CRM tools.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company policies during customer interactions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and respond effectively to customer requirements.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
